The guarantee for Doug Herbst’s PAINLESS WAY has been operational since we started conducting seminars. Rarely will you find a cessation approach offering a full money-back guarantee. We take great pride in our program and confidently stand behind the efficacy of the PAINLESS WAY method.
THE GUARANTEE
If within three months from the completion date of your seminar you are still smoking, your fee will be refunded in full. We do expect that your desire to quit be genuine and that the conditions outlined below are met. Although most attendees need no follow-up after the core seminar, if you experience any difficulty, we ask that you make an immediate and reasonable effort to contact us toll-free at 1-888-981-3438. Follow-up sessions take approximately two hours each and are not seminar repeats. They are held in person or over the phone and are available at no charge within three months of the date of your seminar.
- Under the terms of this guarantee refunds can only be offered after completion of two follow-up sessions within three months of your seminar date.
- Should you fail to complete any session, be more than 20 minutes late, or fail to show up, this guarantee will be invalid.
- Any cancellation or postponement of the follow-ups invalidates the guarantee.
- Refunds will not be offered retroactively after three months from the date of your PAINLESS WAY seminar.
Should you stop smoking for three months or longer, in the unlikely event that you start again at a later time, follow-up sessions are available for a fee of $120 within the first year of your seminar date. If you wish to repeat the core seminar the standard fee will be payable and the guarantee will apply as if you were attending your first seminar.
